With many organisations seeking to bring many digital jobs under a remote-working arrangement, talent strategy is in for a significant transformation.
To source talent for jobs that can be handled “working from anywhere”, some companies are turning to tier-2 or tier-3 cities, even small towns, as hiring from geographies can reduce salary spends.
It is a win-win situation as the hires do not have to relocate on account of work.
