Responsibilities
- Manage overall agency-client relationships to ensure smooth operations and foster long-term partnerships, independently handling large clients to drive retention and revenue growth while implementing effective project management processes and tools for successful delivery and execution
- Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with senior management and creative teams to drive new business development by understanding the marketing needs of existing and new clients, and proposing digital solutions through digital marketing, technology, and analytics, from ideation to pitch presentation
- Manage and mentor a team of Account/ Client Servicing Managers, Account Executives, and Digital Marketers
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in English Literature or Mass Communications or MBA with 6+ years of total Digital Marketing experience and atleast 3+ years of exposure to client servicing/account management
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing and all leading platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics, along with knowledge of key tools like Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, and HubSpot
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns, backed by a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios
- Prior experience managing a team of account managers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to conceive and articulate effective digital strategies
