Responsibilities
- Social Media Posting/Social Media Management for Government A/C
- Client SPOC for day to day requirements across multiple accounts/brands
- Responsible for various day to day project requirements with the client and the team
- Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Understand the different aspects for digital marketing such as social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing for efficient project delivery
- Able to generate content for social media, websites, blogs etc.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to maintain and develop all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered in coordination and recommend necessary optimizations.
- Reporting and analytics of key metrics to track ROI of digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
Must Have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated with a passion for social and digital marketing
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Multi-tasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skills
