Responsibilities

  • Support in delivering B2B marketing projects at TO THE NEW including formulation and execution of content and digital marketing strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape to develop tailored content marketing strategies
  • Strong content / communication skills to support variety of content creation strategies
  • Support in proofreading and editing technology content assets; ensuring that they are framed for CXOs and audiences of the target country for which such content is written such as the US, AU, India, and so on
  • Servicing the clients and ensuring seamless delivery of the projects according to their needs
  • Develop fresh content ideas and draft creative and engaging social media copies across different networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Liaise with internal digital marketing teams including - SEO, Social Media, Media, Creative, and Motion Graphics. Debrief them about the project requirements and evaluate the deliverables as received by them before sharing them with the clients
  • Provide regular social media reports to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create reports and present them to clients as required
  • Conduct regular sync-ups and meetings with internal teams and clients to keep track of relationships and progress of projects
  • Mine and penetrate the accounts through effective nurturing and relationship-building
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement strategies to increase engagement and demand

Requirements

  • Worked in the Corporate / Business marketing team of IT services/technology companies
  • 3-4 years of technology marketing experience
  • Ability to review and edit technology content in different formats such as whitepaper, blogs, videos, and more for different audiences
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEM, SEO, and Social Media
  • Understanding of tools in social media, listening, and marketing automation is a big plus
  • Understanding of email marketing including strategy and setup is good to have
  • Outstanding abilities in both spoken and written communication.
  • A doer with a passion for content, B2B, and digital marketing
  • Ability to think on their feet and have a solution-centric approach
  • Experience in demand generation is a plus
